How we work
Our Leadership
Gaurav is a technologist with over 15 years of experience designing solutions and building teams for startups to enterprises. He offers a unique approach to consulting that is tailored to the specific client needs. Instead of following a one-size-fits all model, he carefully selects the projects he takes on and uses his expertise in scalability and architecture to deliver outstanding results.
He is passionate about unlocking the potential of India's untapped talent, and I go to great lengths to find the right people for each job. Although it may take a few months to assemble the perfect team, we hit the ground running from day one and work tirelessly to exceed our clients expectations.
After graduating from the University of Illinois, Adam launched his career in digital marketing, pioneering online ventures for McDonald's with Ronald.com and McWorld.com. He then leveraged his skills at Abercrombie & Kent and Hammacher Schlemmer, before pursuing an MBA at DePaul University while leading their College of Commerce's web presence.
With his MBA, Adam led online marketing for Resolution Media and Walgreens, driving significant growth for the century-old company. His leadership journey continued at Snapfish, where he achieved profitability and oversaw the Shutterfly merger. Today, Adam serves as CMO of Covercraft, living in Chicago with his family.
