As the product matured, the customer faced a critical transition when the core development team moved off the project. Maintaining business continuity while continuing to evolve the platform became a key priority.
Our Approach
We took ownership of the platform during a critical transition period as the core development team moved off the project. Working with a dedicated team of two developers, we quickly established a structured development process, Agile workflows, and release management practices to ensure seamless project continuity.
Leveraging Ruby on Rails for the backend and React.js for the frontend, we focused on maintaining the existing platform while delivering new features, performance improvements, and product enhancements. We worked closely with stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap, optimize development efforts, and continuously evolve the platform to support future growth.
