The Challenge
The customer needed a high-performance routing platform capable of processing extremely large volumes of toll-free call lookups while meeting strict latency and availability requirements. The solution also needed to integrate seamlessly with the customer's existing telecom infrastructure without disrupting ongoing operations.
In addition to delivering real-time routing decisions, the platform had to support configurable business rules, carrier-specific routing logic, and future expansion as transaction volumes continued to grow.
